Alongside NEW & REFURBISHED units we are specialise in sales of obsolete and hard to find Industrial Automation Parts which tend to have a fluctuating market value. These fluctuations make us difficult to update prices on website. Therefor in effort to ensure that we always offer you the best prices, our team will source and price your part on an enquiry to enquiry basis.


All the parts that we supply are fully tested for its functionality and for extra peace of mind, all our parts are sold with standard 6-12 months warranty. Additionally we offer dedicated Sales support.


Taking into consideration frauds related to online transaction Currently we are accepting the payment only through bank transfer & cheques.


In normal case we complete our job work within 7 days of receipt of client confirmation. In case of urgency, We do offer urgent job repair with additional charge.


  • Routine transport service – Courier/Cargo/Transport
  • Collection by customer – Customer can collect their delivery from our premises.
  • In Some cases we may arrange the personalized delivery.

All units are packaged with the highest level of care to surpass OEM requirements. All boxes are packed to exceed all carrier standards.

 

 


We do provide onsite service of our trained and technical staff whenever and wherever required with additional charge. Please note that we provide Onsite service only if it is necessary.


In case of repair we offer 3 months warranty on repaired product. Please note that this warranty is on Whole Unit and not only on repaired part.

In case of new product we offer 12 months warranty and in case of refurbished products we offer 6 months warranty.
